Keynote session

Define and Achieve Your Business Goals with Mobile Devices Mobile devices such as iPad, iPhone, Android, and Blackberry, are just another class of business tool. However, their seemingly-magical qualities can cloud your judgement and lead you to have unrealistic expectations, which can end up in a huge waste of time, money, and morale. In the worst case, your lack of preparation can even cause catastrophic losses. Don't be overoptimistic about these tools' ability to transform your workforce without being integrated into your business workflows. Be aware of the risks they pose, and weigh the risks against the benefits. In this 30 minute keynote, Arek will help you consider: Why do you and your employees use mobile devices in the first place? What challenges do mobile devices pose, and what potential do they offer? What strategies can help you address all these questions? You will come away from this session with a more clear understanding of: what the possible benefits are, how to avoid unnecessary risks, and what strategies to employ to help you use mobile devices to achieve your business goals.

Session 1: Mobile security from a strategic, tactical and operational point of view Mobile security in general, with special attention to infrastructure, operating system pitfalls and mobile applications.

Session 2: Manage, control and secure all mobile devices

The mobile communication within the enterprise has become a key asset or business tool. Given its importance it’s also mandatory to manage this part of the business in the best and most efficient way; not only to control the cost, but also to maximize the opportunity it represents.

A correct mobile policy, combined with a powerful mobile device management system will help the CIO to regain control, to actually manage the mobile fleet AND to secure the data and the business!

Session 3: Nespresso-case

This session will talk about a customer who decided to use the iPad for its promotionnal projects because of technological reasons, but also for of commercial reasons. How did Yaska handle the project with a short deadline from initial talks to deployment. What added value did the mobile platform bring to Nespresso?

Session 4: What kind of Mobile solutions can support your business? This session is all about solutions!
